Taiwan WINDAY Electronic Industry Co., Ltd was established in Kaohsiung City Taiwan in 1986, and in 1997, WINDAY Electronic (Dongguan) Co., Ltd was established in DongGuan City, Guangdong Province.

Taiwan DAIN Electronic Industry Co., Ltd was established in Taichung City Taiwan in 1989. They all have over 30 years manufacturing experience.

Due to the strategic considerations, on January 1, 2012, WINDAY Electronic (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. and Dongguan DAIN Electronic Co., Ltd formal merger, and all external name is WINDAY ELECTRONIC (DongGuan) Co., Ltd.
